Lake Huron Medical Center Celebrates Its Employee and Volunteer of the Month

Lake Huron Medical Center celebrated its employees and volunteers during a recognition event and announced their Employee and Volunteer of the Month for the month of June.

The June 2016 is Employee of the Month is Clayton House. Clayton is a Registered Nurse, working in Rehabilitation Services. He has worked at Lake Huron Medical Center since March 2010 and was nominated because he provides excellent patient care with a positive attitude towards all of his coworkers, patients and visitors. He is always willing to help and never complains.

The June 2016 Volunteer of the Month is John Yurgens. John has been a volunteer at Lake Huron Medical for just over a year. In that time, he has helped create two new volunteer areas, patient ambassador inpatient rehab and visiting and encouraging stroke patients as well as patient portal ambassador. He visits patients and explain the patient portal. His background, life experiences and compassion make him a valued Volunteer. He makes a difference in the lives of our patients.

Lake Huron Medical Center extends a special thank you to Clayton House and John Yurgens for making the Lake Huron Medical Center difference.
