Executive Team

Jose Kottoor
Chief Executive Officer
Bringing with him nearly 20 years of hospital administration experience
in large regional healthcare systems, Jose believes in collaborating with
key stakeholders to drive success and looks forward to working with physicians,
employees, leadership and the governing board at Lake Huron Medical Center
to ensure highest quality care for the patients we serve. Prior to joining
LHMC, Jose served as Vice President of Operations/Chief Operations Officer
for Beaumont Hospital in Wayne, Michigan. In that role, Jose was responsible
for the oversight of a 185-bed full service acute care hospital with specialties,
including bariatric surgery, heart and vascular services, cancer infusion,
women’s health and family-focused birthing center.

Chris Fulks, BS, MSA
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Fulks is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Lake Huron Medical
Center. As the organization’s CFO, Chris manages the financial security
and risks of the hospital. He has more than 25 years of experience in
health care accounting, finance and revenue cycle. Joining the LHMC team
in 2005, Chris previously served as the organization’s Controller.
Chris routinely demonstrates his ability to implement new systems, increase
efficiency, implement internal controls and initiate productivity improvements.
He is a current member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association;
serves on the Health Information Technology Advisory Committee at St.
Clair County Community College; and was previously on the Board of Directors
for the Blue Water Area Chamber of Commerce, serving on multiple governance
committees. Chris earned his Master’s Degree in Health Services
Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s
Degree of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University. He currently
resides in St. Clair, Michigan. with his wife and three children and enjoys
hunting and fishing in his free time.

Sridhar Reddy, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Sridhar Reddy, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Lake Huron Medical
Center. As the Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Reddy is responsible for overseeing
the medical services at LHMC. He holds multiple licensures and certifications
and is currently affiliated with the American Thoracic Society, Occupational/Environmental
Disease - American College of Occupational and Environmental Disease,
Michigan Thoracic Society, Michigan State Medical Society and the European
Respiratory Society. Additionally, he has published multiple articles
and abstracts and served as an assistant and principle investigator on
multiple research projects. Dr. Reddy is a pulmonary and critical care
physician, who has previously served as the Medical Director of Pulmonary
Function Testing at Detroit Receiving Hospital; staff at the Walk-In and
Industrial Clinic for the City of Detroit Health Department; and as Medical
Director at Regional Hospital for Respiratory and Complex Care in Burien,
Washington. Dr. Reddy has also worked in private practice. He completed
his educational training at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in
1987 where he received his medical degree. He also holds a Master’s
Degree in Public Health in Occupational and Environmental Medicine from
the University of Michigan School of Public Health. His residency was
completed at Wayne State University in internal medicine and he completed
Fellowship training in pulmonary medicine in 1994. He previously served
as an assistant professor at Wayne State University. Dr. Reddy currently
resides in Ira Township, Michigan.

Sajjad Saeed, MD
Chief of Staff
Sajjad Saeed, MD is Chief of Staff at Lake Huron Medical Center. As Chief
of Staff, Dr. Saeed provides strategic counsel to key leaders within the
organization, including the hospital’s executive team. He also works
to create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership
success at all levels. Dr. Saeed is a board-certified internal medicine
and infectious disease physician. He currently practices in Port Huron
and is the Medical Director of Lake Huron Medical Center's Wound Care
Center. He completed his educational training at Khyber Medical College
in Pakistan in 1994 and an internal medicine residency at St. John Hospital
and Medical Center in 2002. He completed an infectious disease fellowship
at St. John Hospital in 2004. Dr. Saeed currently resides in Shelby Township,
Michigan with his wife and two children.

Katie Cox, RN, BSN
Director of Nursing
Katie began her career at Lake Huron Medical Center in 2011 on the MedSurg/Oncology
Unit. Katie then expanded her nursing career to become the Director of
Surgical Services December 2017. Katie obtained her Bachelor of Science
in Nursing Degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2014. She currently
resides in Marysville with her husband and daughter.
Debra Seifert, MBA
Director of Human Resources
Debra Seifert is the Director of Human Resources for Lake Huron Medical
Center. She has more than 26 years of experience as a Human Resources
professional and strives to enhance the organizational culture by developing
existing talent while increasing employee satisfaction. She is a member
of the Society of Human Resources Management and a past member of the
National Association for Health Care Recruitment. Debra has previously
served as an Advisory Board Member for Baker College, Port Huron and for
Ross Medical Education Center, Port Huron. She currently serves on the
Board of Directors for the YMCA of the Blue Water Area. She has been recognized
by her peers at LHMC as Employee of the Year for providing extraordinary
service to all stakeholder groups within the organization. Her extensive
education background includes an undergraduate degree from Baker College,
Port Huron and a Master’s of Business Administration, majoring in
Human Resources Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies,
Flint. She has also studied Leadership Development through Seattle Pacific
University in Seattle, Washington. Debra currently resides in Goodells,
Michigan and enjoys the outdoors.

Tiffany Francis, MPH
Executive Director of Lake Huron Physician Hospital Organization (PHO)
& Regional Director of Physician Services
Tiffany Francis currently serves as the Executive Director of Lake Huron
Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) and Director of Physician Services
at Lake Huron Medical Center. Bringing 20 years of health care management
to Lake Huron Medical Center, Tiffany has been working with LHMC since
2006. The Lake Huron PHO is a group of more than 130 local primary care
and specialty physicians. Tiffany leads this organization to navigate
and manage quality programs, managed care and high-performance contracts,
and health care market changes. Her career history of building relationships
and working to ensure collaborative agreements focus on patient care and
elevating community health help to strengthen physician relationships
at LHMC. Her previous work history includes working as an independent
managed care contractor locally, and work with Cigna Healthcare of Arizona.
Tiffany has a strong belief in public health, and participates on several
committees at the St. Clair County Health Department and with other human
services organizations. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona
and holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Communication and Sociology
and a Master’s Degree of Public Health in Community Public Health.
She currently resides in Port Huron, Michigan with her husband and daughter
and enjoys traveling and boating with her friends and family.

Lisa Beedon, MS
Regional Marketing and Communications Director
Lisa Beedon is the Director of Marketing and Communications for Lake Huron
Medical Center. She is responsible for the hospital’s comprehensive
strategic and tactical plan for marketing and communication, focusing
on raising awareness for and supporting the community’s health interests.
She is actively involved in the local community, currently serving as
a St. Clair County Commissioner for District 3, member of the Board of
Directors for Blue Water Area Chamber of Commerce, Hunter Hospitality
House and is a member of Port Huron Rotary. Additionally, Lisa has been
a member of the American Business Women’s Association since 2004
and has served as their National President and as a Trustee to the Stephen
Bufton Memorial Educational Fund. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science
Degree in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts from Central Michigan University
and a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration
from Concordia University - Ann Arbor. Lisa resides in Port Huron, Michigan
and enjoys traveling, painting, living the lake life and her dog Rosie.
