Lake Huron Physician Hospital Organization (PHO)

The Lake Huron Physician Hospital Organization was established as a joint venture between physicians on staff at Lake Huron Medical Center and Lake Huron Medical Center in 1997. The PHO supports managed care contracting, quality and utilization initiatives, and population health management for more than 130 physician members.
