Lake Huron Medical Center Celebrates January Employee and Volunteer of the Month

Lake Huron Medical Center (LHMC) celebrated its employees and volunteers during a recognition event where the Employee and Volunteer of the Month of January were announced.

The January 2017 Employee of the Month is Joshua Cook. Josh is an Information Systems Tech/Data Processing and has been employed with LHMC since September 2016. Recently, Josh has taken on the responsibility of Active Directory accounts. He is always friendly and willing to process SARF requests (system access request forms). He will always ask questions to make sure access is performed in a timely manner.

The January 2017 Volunteer of the Month is Cheryl Cencich. Cheryl has been volunteering with Lake Huron Medical Center since 2002 in the Heavenly Hounds program. Cheryl and her dogs brought a smile to a family’s face during a difficult time for them. Cheryl’s willingness to give of her time is so selfless. She is specifically recognized for her customer service and compassion.
